February 1998 – ICC was formed in a small garage in a residential street in Wetherby. The first few years were spent as a DEC broker, providing systems and spares from the Digital Equipment Corporation catalogue to a variety of UK businesses.
In 2002, we became ISO 9001 accredited and picked up our first support contract for one of the UK’s largest kitchen manufacturers. Since that day, we have been steadily expanding, adding products and expertise to our services portfolio.
We now hold ISO 9001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 accreditation’s, employ over 30 people across our Midlands and North of England offices, have strategic parts stores across the breadth of the UK and support many of the current FTSE 100 companies.
We are hugely proud of the fact we consistantly attend 70% of our service calls with 50% of the SLA still outstanding, and have never lost a customer due to bad service in all our history.
